ELEMNT Photo Booth Co. and its ICON Booths brand may collect a guest’s mobile telephone number when the guest voluntarily requests delivery of a photo or video by SMS or MMS.
Mobile numbers collected through the photo booth are used to send the specific photo, video, or access link requested by the guest, provide assistance related to that request, maintain consent and delivery records, and comply with applicable legal or carrier requirements.
Photo-delivery messages are transactional and are not used to enroll guests in recurring promotional or marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Guests may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent collected for photo delivery are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers that process messages or host digital content solely as necessary to provide the requested service. Those providers are not permitted to use the information for their own marketing.
At certain sponsored brand activations, a guest may be offered a separate and optional opportunity to provide information for marketing communications from an identified sponsoring brand. That consent is collected separately from the photo-delivery request. Requesting a photo by text does not constitute consent to receive marketing from ELEMNT Photo Booth Co., ICON Booths, an event sponsor, or another third party.
